Refund policy
Change of Mind Returns – 21 Days
We offer a 21-day return policy. You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@littlebarefoot.co.nz before sending any item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unused;
- in its original condition;
- in its original packaging;
- with all tags and accessories included; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
- your item is faulty or damaged;
- you received the wrong item; or
- your order is incomplete.
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind:
- sale items;
- discounted items;
- clearance items;
- gift cards;
- personalised or custom-made products.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us. Subject to availability, we may be able to assist with an exchange.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees required by New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
